What's New? You can now search for the current and the prior two year's refunds on Where's My Refund".

Using Where's My Refund?, taxpayers can start checking the status of their refund within:

• 24 hours after e-filing a tax year 2024 return.

• Four weeks after mailing a return. If an amended return is filed, you can check the Amended Link: Refunds | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov) and select "Where's My Amended Return?"
