Executive Readiness Program announcement to be open from October 13-26

The Executive Readiness (XR) announcement will be open from October 13, 2020 through October 26, 2020.  The XR Program is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills if one aspires to become an executive.  In order to be eligible, an employee must have at least 12 months of management or specialized leadership experience at the GS-14 level or higher to qualify. Specialized leadership experience can be from the federal government or comparable management or leadership experience outside of federal service.
